The Senior Manager of Operations Field Support will report to the Vice President, Operations. This role will be responsible for helping lead our field operations team in delivering a best-in-class guest experience and driving Topgolf’s desired business results. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for the alignment and integration of Topgolf’s strategic initiatives into our fast-growing venue business. To ensure success, the Senior Manager will coordinate and manage large-scale initiative roll-outs across all key functions including, but not limited to Operations, Marketing, Technology, Communications, Finance, Food & Beverage, Partnerships, Training, Sales, etc. A major aspect of this role will include master calendar planning of all venue operation roll-outs to ensure successful implementation into the venue business. In addition to supporting the VP of Operations, this role will have the responsibility of working closely with the operational leadership team to support in driving business results via success routines, performance management, analytics, initiative development, outlier management and more.
