  • Overview

    We are looking for an Online Booking Technology Manager to join our fast-growing dynamic sales team at Topgolf Home Office. The position will manage, configure and build out all packages for the online platforms as defined by the National Director of Sales (NDOS).  Responsibilities will include daily management of the platform, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed, providing reporting analytics around platform performance and making suggestions for improvements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee system configuration for all packages and make recommendations for improving the platform(s) 
    • Onboard new venues to the platform and conduct all related testing to ensure configuration is seamless 
    • Build out email templates as needed to support automated email communication to Guests 
    • Create resources that document the system configuration steps and how to build out online packages. 
    • Serves as a liaison to the sales team and other departments regarding online booking strategies.  
    • Create reports and monitor online booking trends and package performance. 
    • Oversee inventory management for all venues and ensure necessary dates are blacked out as needed. 
    • Schedule upgrades and research ticket enhancements and other programs to utilize in day to day operations.  
    • Set up and manage special occasion events on the online booking platform. 
    • Work with marketing and sales department to create and implement upsell opportunities for events. 
    • Assist with additional related projects as needed

    Key Qualifications

    • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a ticket office handling ticketing application, sales, customer service and client services. 
    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Sales and/or Customer Service experience a plus 
    • Demonstrated sound organizational and personal interface skills.  Demonstrated experience using personal computer, spreadsheets, databases, networks and software packages to complete reports.
    • Ability to work independently to identify and implement methods, procedures, and policies that lead to effectively
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment. 
    • Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly 
    • Assist in RFP process in determining the ticketing systems for other program initiatives 
    • Achieve outstanding service levels across all areas of the online platform
