    The purpose of this Help Desk ServiceNow Administrator role is to support and develop our expanding ServiceNow environment as the lead technical contributor. You will perform day to day support and maintenance, work with the functional team to develop solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate support and development.

    This role is assigned work of moderate to high complexity and with limited assistance from more senior team members.  Guess what though … you *are* one of those “more senior team members” on our you-centric Career Map – it’s all about growth!  You get to coach and mentor junior team members, telling them about your childhood commute to school … in the cold … uphill both ways … Next stop, the Senior role!


    Will require night and weekend work, as needed.

    • 2.87 - 5.91 years’ experience on ServiceNow application
    • Proven ability to thrive in a multi-team environment


    • ServiceNow Implementation experience
    • Proficient experience of leading software deployments
    • Strong Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
    • Proficient experience using Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Willingness to provide pros, cons, and risks to stakeholders
    • Familiarity with ITIL v3
    • Strong personality skills and customer-centric attitude.

    • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

    Key Qualifications


    • Work closely with business functional areas and with vendors to define project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, timing deliverables and funding.
    • Provide general support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
    • Develop project schedules and work plans for ServiceNow development.
    • Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solving
    • Work closely with Help Desk Management team to configure and improve core application capabilities.
    • Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
    • Manage all aspects of the project including analysis, research, planning, designing, building, testing, and training.
    • Coordinate Go-Live and Training
    • Remain calm. Seriously, breathe.  This space can get hectic, but it’s fun as heck and it’s all going to be okay.
    • Assist in prioritization of ServiceNow projects.
    • Performs analysis of incident and problem events to identify trends and service improvement opportunities.
    • Design, create, and configure Notifications
    • Design, create, and configure digital dashboards and reports based on identified trends.
    • Identify and share best practices with team members.
    • Participate in staff, team, and planning meetings as needed.
