  • Overview

    Topgolf is seeking a Real Estate – Analyst to support the efforts of our Real Estate team as we continue to expand the concept across the United States. The position will be responsible for providing research, financial modeling, and analytical support through the pre-construction process, from initial site selection to Board approvals. The position will be instrumental in helping prepare analysis and creating materials for internal and external approvals, and maintaining close relationships with Topgolf’s national brokerage network. With a robust pipeline in place and aggressive expansion plans, this role provides an opportunity for growth in a very dynamic, fast-paced, and fun work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain financial models for new and existing sites
    • Develop presentations and materials for use in meetings with potential partners, investors, leaders, developers, etc.
    • Maintain and update the status of projects and deals within the development pipeline
    • Work closely with Director of Real Estate to support execution of the domestic strategy
    • Interface with national brokerage team to identify and vet potential investment opportunities
    • Ad hoc functions to support the Real Estate Directors
    • Collaboration with internal Finance, FP&A, and Operations teams to establish venue revenue assumptions

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Masters’ in Finance, Economics, or Business 
    • 1-3+ years’ experience in a real estate, finance or related position 
    • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint 
    • Financial/investment modeling experience required  
    • Strong financial acumen 
    • Excellent verbal and written skills 
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
    • Ability to work independently with limited direction as well as work collaboratively as part of a team 
    • Strong time management and organizational skills needed to manage a diversified workload
    • Limited travel required
