    We are looking for a Sales Training Specialist to join our fast-growing dynamic sales training team at Topgolf Home Office. Duties include supporting all training program details in collaboration with the National Director of Training and Analytics, Program Training Manager and Instructional Designer/Learning Management Systems Manager. Responsibilities include facilitating training classes as needed and conducting quality assurance checks for trained Associates as appropriate. Provide support and assistance with the planning and logistics of onboarding newly hired Sales Associates. Update training materials with new processes and directives from company. Assist with additional training projects as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee training material and suggest improvements
    • Maintain updated curriculum database and compile training content needed to support the development of training curriculum
    • Serves as a liaison to the sales team and other departments regarding sales training programs
    • Assist the LMS Manager with managing participant and course data in the learning management system (LMS) including assignment, scheduling, recording, and reporting
    • Create surveys and report on course evaluations and transfer of learning surveys
    • Manage and set up training programs for successful delivery (including class setup, enrollments, room bookings, all logistical arrangements etc.)
    • Assist in creating courses and classes in the Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Coordinate materials for learning sessions (print handouts, binders, follow up steps, pre-work, etc.)
    • Prepare and/or communicate reminders for trainings, signups
    • Manage post follow-up and evaluation process for learning sessions

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Training experience a plus
    • Sales and/or Customer Service experience required
    • Understanding of sales process, preferably Topgolf sales experience
    • Exceptional attention to detail, planning, organization, and teamwork skills
    • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating large groups in-person and remotely
    • Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude to ensure an excellent training experience for all Associates
    • Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects
    • Experience with e-learning software is a plus
    • Ability to travel 15-20% as needed
