    Topgolf is seeking a Senior Project Manager capable of managing the configuration and delivery of technology systems for existing and new Venues. The management of new technology solutions includes vendor management, low-voltage drawing review, frequent on-site walkthroughs, order placement, budget reconciliation, and project timeline oversight.     The Senior role is familiar with all aspects of the function, the functional lead on our you-centric Career Map - it’s all about growth! This team leader is assigned our most complex project work and is expected to lead efforts across teams as necessary to fulfill scope. This individual’s mentors and directs more junior team members, and may have direct supervisor responsibility for a small team.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Create project plans to oversee and manage key project milestones
    • Provide ongoing project status
    • Manage technology orders by tracking product delivery
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate appropriate actions
    • Schedule necessary travel to provide on-site support
    • Responsible for project documentation updates and archives



    • Engage internal teams and external vendors to drive projects to completion
    • Manage project site travel to facilitate on-site walkthroughs, execute plan, and direct resources
    • Support construction, operations, and Associates with information technology recommendations



    • Assist TI (Technology Innovation) teams in defining and implementing project best practices
    • Advise and mentor more junior team members

    Key Qualifications


    • 6+ years experience leading projects in areas such as IT infrastructure, retail, hospitality, or construction
    • Proven ability to influence and lead others in a multi-team environment
    • Experience applying project management best practices in the absence of standards
    • Requires up to 70% travel
    • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
    • Small-scale computer room infrastructure experience preferred
    • Experience reviewing low-voltage drawings preferred
    • Ability to work effectively on-site and prioritize workload
    • Strong work ethic and “hands on” approach
    • High level of attention to detail, analytical & decisive decision maker
    • Exceptional people & soft skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to set goals and convert plans into action



    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
