    Key Qualifications

    Chef Management positions for Myrtle Beach will be posted as we get closer to the interview process. 


    We require:

    1. 3+ years’ experience in culinary management for Sous Chef, with escalating levels of experience up to the Executive Chef position
    2. Bachelor’s degree or related culinary degree, preferred
    3. Leadership experience in a high volume, scratch kitchen required
    4. Proven leadership development experience with tactical examples of mentorship, leadership and performance development
    5. Tangible dedication to providing a best in class hospitality experience to both internal and external guests
    6. Experience in tactical kitchen responsibilities including food costing, inventory, purchasing, waste management and recipe training with solid systems in place supporting consistency and quality
    7. Ability to self-evaluate and consistently identify areas where knowledge or performance improvement can be identified and actioned
