The Executive Assistant will perform administrative and office support activities for the CEO and CFO as well other executives. Candidates must be polished and professional, show initiative and enthusiasm for administrative work, and have excellent attention to detail. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, organizing and scheduling calendars, making travel arrangements, planning meetings and events, and creating spreadsheets and presentations.
