Key Responsibilities

  • Exteme attention to detail through extensive work with spreadsheets and project timelines.
  • Daily project tasks include:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams both in person and via phone
    • Schedule and facilitate all conference calls in accordance with project timeline
    • Use Excel skills to effectively prepare, organize, and manipulate spreadsheets before, during, and after review with respective teams
    • Create Wage Agreements using Mail Merge, and manage the preparation and shipment of all project related documentation
  • Follow up on any questions that may arise from Project Manager or management team

Key Qualifications

  • Seeking intern for February 2018 - May 2018 - Dallas area (housing/living allowance not inlcuded - will need to be local for the project)
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship 
  • MUST BE EXTREMELY DETAIL ORIENTED!!!  Daily work with Excel is the primary task for this role!
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience working with Excel 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; specifically:
    • Excel – sorting, filtering, using as a mail merge document
    • Outlook – scheduling meetings
    • Word – mail merge, sorting, creating large documents
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact effectively
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with different deliverables and milestones during the same timeframe
  • Demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to colleagues whenever necessary
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, communicate workload with supervision and understand when to escalate potential issues 
  • Ability to make decisions with limited supervision
  • This is a paid internship
