Overview

Do you like to talk to lots of people and plan big events?  Are you looking for invaluable experience in brand marketing where you can earn an hourly pay rate and commission for success? If so, the Topgolf Campus Brand Ambassador is the position for you!

Working with the Venue Marketing Manager, the Campus Brand Ambassador will be the face of the Topgolf organization on campus.  The CBA will work towards (1) increasing awareness of Topgolf on campus, (2) driving traffic to the Topgolf venue through marketing of College Nights and college-related promotions, and (3) creating targeted campaigns to involve groups on campus in Topgolf events. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns to reach key groups on campus that will drive traffic to the Topgolf venue
  • Educate students on campus of offerings at Topgolf through written and in-person campaigns
  • Serve as a street team advocate when necessary
  • Ensure a positive brand message is conveyed to campus students and staff
  • Represent Topgolf at large-scale events, such as campus sporting events

Key Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive
  • Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree with an accredited program (required)
  • Involved in organizations on campus (preferred)
  • Ability to work inside and/or outside for 5-15 hours (hours will vary) per week on and off campus
  • Outgoing and approachable personality with a flare for organizing and marketing large scale events
  • Proficiency with using social media accounts
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow
  • Proficiency with communicating effectively with others using
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency and ease
  • Consistently demonstrates a commitment to Topgolf policies and procedures, including but not limited to: attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities
