Overview

What You’ll Do

 

Topgolf is seeking a proactive Reservation Specialist (RS) to provide excellent customer service to our partners and potential new guests. RS will be the key operator to the Reservations Program and will ensure all the reservation process is efficient. The RS will report directly to the Project Manager and will work alongside with other departments.

Key Responsibilities

How You’ll Do It

 

  • Answering and efficiently handling or directing incoming calls
  • Check all voicemails & emails and reply to all promptly
  • Be able to manage daily and bi-weekly bays inventory
  • Be the liaison between guests, partners and TGLV
  • Be in constant communication with Operations and Events Departments in regards of Bays availability
  • Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task
  • Exhibits a professional tone and willingness to assist all guests and/or management
  • Ensure all reservations are entered and sent to Operations in a timely manner
  • Performs daily audits and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Ensure guests’ arrival/departure processes are effective
  • Prepare content for Weekly notifications regarding any reservations limitations due to special events, holidays, concerts or buy outs
  • Adherence to all standards, policies and procedures specified by Topgolf
  • Compile and process various reports
  • Assist guests and partners with various questions and concerns
  • Provides excellent guest service to associates, guests and partners
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Key Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience of minimum (1) year in Hospitality industry or similar

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends, and holidays

  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts

  • Bilingual abilities preferred

  • Experience in multi-tasking projects and quick problem solver

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
