Topgolf is seeking an analytical thinker to translate amazing ideas and business needs into innovative technology solutions that enable premier Guest experiences. Our Guests have needs. Our business wants things done. How will we ever define what’s happening today, what we’re going to do next, and how we’ll make it all work? You’ll be the critical lynchpin that ties our business stakeholders and technology experts together.

The purpose of the Analyst II role is to define requirements for new Topgolf technology solutions through analysis of business problems and end-user needs. See? Just like I said. The focus of the role is to elicit and manage the real needs of internal partners and end users, with the Analyst serving as the conduit for requirements to our technical team. What would our engineers build without top-notch analysts telling them what to do? An Analyst is involved at some level throughout the entire project life cycle, from requirements baseline through verification of fulfillment. Do you like to be validated? The team needs you!

This role is assigned work of moderate to high complexity and with limited assistance from more senior team members. Guess what though … you’re on the way to becoming one of those “more senior team members” on our you-centric Career Map – it’s all about growth! You get to help build our processes and train partners across the business, telling them about your showdown with Zombies … in the cold … with only a can of rocks … Next stop, the Senior role!

This role will report into our Director of Global Solutions Delivery, leading efforts across our larger technology organization and beyond.
