Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Human Resources team to fulfill requirements of project by doing the following:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams both in person and via phone
    • Schedule and facilitate all conference calls in accordance with project timeline
    • Use Excel skills to effectively prepare, organize, and manipulate spreadsheets before, during, and after review with respective teams
    • Create Wage Agreements using Mail Merge, and manage the preparation and shipment of all project related documentation
  • Follow up on any questions that may arise from Project Manager or management team

Key Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of administrative assistance
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; specifically:
    • Excel – sorting, filtering, using as a mail merge document
    • Outlook – scheduling meetings
    • Word – mail merge, sorting, creating large documents
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact effectively
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with different deliverables and milestones during the same timeframe
  • Demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to colleagues whenever necessary
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, communicate workload with supervision and understand when to escalate potential issues 
  • Ability to make decisions with limited supervision
  • This is a paid internship
