Overview

TopGolf Swing Suite is seeking an experienced and spirited Training Lead to join our growing team! As an integral part of this team, our Training Lead’s primary duty is to develop a training strategy, oversee its implementation and ensure successful training delivery to our Swing Suite partners in verticals such as deluxe hotels, cruise ships, luxury malls, restaurants, theatres, arenas and convention centers.

 

The training lead will work closely with our internal teams and our partners to develop a Partner Training Program. Key elements of the partner training program will include the design and creation of technical and non-technical training materials, the delivery of onsite training, as well as overseeing and ensuring a high standard of services is provided at our partners’ venues. The successful candidate must be passionate, proactive, detailed oriented with excellent communication skills. He or she must have backgrounds in one or more of these disciplines: business, leadership, human resources, education or operations.

Key Responsibilities

    

  • Create, develop and implement training strategy for Topgolf Swing Suite
  • Identify current and future training needs
  • Strategize and deliver a robust Swing Suite partner training program
  • Design and create training materials for our partners in areas such as game operations, steps of services and Swing Suite customer experiences etc.
  • Conduct both pre-launch and sustaining partner training programs
  • Work with internal teams to review and update training materials on a regular basis, making sure our Swing Suite partners training program aligns with the Topgolf brand and strategy
  • Conduct post-mortem after each training delivery, ensuring continual success of the program
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Manage training budget
  • Keen understanding of our partner’s business, training trends, development and industry best practices

Key Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or in disciplines such as leadership, human resources and development, education or operations
  • 5-10 years of experiences in the field of training, business and or operations
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, onsite training, e-learning, workshops and simulations)
  • Strong understanding of the Topgolf Brand and our games
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Requires up to 50% travel
  • Hands-on, result driven, strong customer focused and a great personality that can deliver fun
