Overview

The Global Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Client Relations and Partnerships department through administration, reporting and fulfillment

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Topgolf’s Corporate Sponsorships business model, as well as the company’s overall operational strategy and vision
  • Support the Client Relations team to maintain and foster positive relationships by assisting with implementation, delivery and management of Partner assets
  • Implement highly effective process and manage Corporate Platinum Membership program for Partners
  • Responsible for data entry, revenue tracking and reporting using CRM tool, KORE
  • Act as primary contact on behalf of Partnerships for internal departments such as Accounting and HR to deliver on department goals
  • Manage all Partner special events, as well as internal events and functions for our department
  • Support department with administrative needs, including keeping department information and files up to date
  • Assist with summarizing sponsorship execution, including photographs, data compiling and analyzation for Partners as needed

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-3 years of experience with proven successful track record
  • Desire to learn about sponsorships industry

 

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Possesses an energetic, driven and motivated approach with strong work ethics
  • Degree in Sports Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field of study
  • Must be able to adapt to the changing needs of business and/or ad hoc projects
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously with adherence to deadlines
  • Experience with Salesforce/KORE or another CRM tool is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Confident to coordinate between a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Goal-oriented and problem solver with ability to recommend and develop action plans
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to colleagues whenever necessary
  • Personable and has sensitivity to confidential information and matters
