The Project Manager of Operational Recovery is responsible for collecting and analyzing business metrics to identify and/or predict issues that are negatively affecting venue performance. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Operational Recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and insights that will influence business decisions
  • Work closely with operational and functional teams to identify current and future data trends / issues / resolutions
  • Monitor metrics and make recommendations for changes (adding / removing metrics, etc.)
  • Act as a project manager when required to ensure specific portions of projects are moving forward as desired
  • Consult with stakeholders on understanding requirements and details associated with business performance
  • Create presentations, graphs, dashboards or other visualizations of results for different audiences
  • Provide explanations and/or training to any systems, reporting or process change outputs from analyses
  • Develop trusted partnerships with home office and venue management teams

Key Qualifications


  • 5+ years of business analyst or business consulting experience
  • Mastery in excel, SPSS or other data manipulation software


Nice To Have's:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience
  • The ability to access, manipulate and understand data structures across multiple platforms
  • The ability to perform advanced analytics (correlations, regressions, linear and non-linear modeling, etc.)
  • The ability to visualize and present complicated analyses for the general population to understand
  • The ability to multitask across different projects or analyses
  • The ability to operate in ambiguous environments and remain effective
  • The ability to be self-directed and generate schedule based on operational needs
  • The ability to generate creative or unconventional solutions to problems
  • Strong understanding of standard business practices and operational/financial metrics
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge Oracle, SQL, SaSS, and Business Intelligence database structures
  • Strong working knowledge of additional Microsoft Office products (Access, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint)
  • Strong drive towards taking action and delivering results
