     The Training & Development Program Manager is responsible for creating, delivering, monitoring and maintaining core competence materials and programs to increase leadership and Associate capability. This position reports directly to the Director of Organizational Development.

    As you’d expect, the story of Topgolf began on a driving range where two brothers were practicing their swings in 2000. In the monotony of hitting balls at flags they soon began brainstorming ways that they could liven up the range experience while continuing to improve their skills.     Key Responsibilities

    • Curate core competence curriculum within the LMS between vendors and Topgolf created content
    • Create core competence materials (presentations, tools, videos, guides, etc.) to drive Associate capability
    • Perform needs analyses with senior business leaders to develop additional content to address business needs
    • Consult with Associates and leaders on IDP creation, accountability and transfer of behaviors on the job
    • Provide structure and leadership around the Topgolf 360 to ensure appropriate usage and feedback mechanisms
    • Lead management cohort and/or HiPo programs with leaders and participants
    • Collaborate with Operational training team on projects / content that may connect core and functional competence
    • Provide subject matter expertise in the development of appropriate organizational development strategies
    • Conduct training sessions on differing development topics to teams and/or class offerings
    • Establish measures of success for different development resources or programs to communicate business impact
    • Contribute to other OD projects, programs and initiatives when necessary
    • Manage vendor relationships and associated contracts to ensure budget and expectations are being met

    Key Qualifications

    • 5+ years managing development programs (management curriculum, HiPo or role specific programs, etc.)
    • 3+ years creating leadership development materials and programs (guides, tools, videos, e-learnings, etc.)
    • 3+ years facilitating and/or leading development events (class instruction, guest speaker, etc.)
    • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organization Development/Design, Adult Learning, Instructional Design or Training & Development
    • Experience with Cornerstone on Demand modules (LMS, Performance, Succession)
    • Experience with reviewing / debriefing / managing 360 tools and processes
    • Experience developing and consulting on IDPs
    • Experience with MBTI, DiSC and other assessments to develop individuals or teams
    • Experience with HarvardManageMentor content and design
    • Experience with Qualtrics or other survey related technologies for measurement purposes
    • Experience with Adobe Premier Pro, Audition or After Effects for video production
    • Experience in other areas of OD (selection, engagement, performance, succession, etc.)
    • The ability to interact and be effective with multiple levels of Associates (individual contributors to Sr. leaders)
    • The ability to multitask across different projects or analyses
    • The ability to operate in ambiguous environments and remain effective
    • The ability to generate creative or unconventional solutions to problems
    • Strong interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong project leadership and management skills
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
    • Strong drive towards taking action and delivering results
