Overview

The Training & Development Program Manager is responsible for creating, delivering, monitoring and maintaining core competence materials and programs to increase leadership and Associate capability. This position reports directly to the Director of Organizational Development.

As you’d expect, the story of Topgolf began on a driving range where two brothers were practicing their swings in 2000. In the monotony of hitting balls at flags they soon began brainstorming ways that they could liven up the range experience while continuing to improve their skills. Fast forward to today, Topgolf operates over 30 venues across the United States combining competition with entertainment by allowing players to track performance by hitting microchipped golf balls at targets on a highly technological outfield. Our venues are best-in-class entertainment locations that are complete with temperature controlled bays that allow for year-round play, food and drink menus that would put any sports bar to shame and dynamic event spaces to host any party, meeting or get together that one could imagine!

Topgolf inspires people of all ages and skill levels – even non-golfers – to come together for playful competition, but also inspiring communities with tremendous career opportunities. Venues staff up to 500 associates across a multitude of maintenance, golf services, food and beverage, sales, events and management positions. Home office positions in Dallas and San Francisco are continuing to grow to support the ever-expanding footprint of Topgolf around the country. If you like to have FUN, CARE about your team and community, strive for EXCELLENCE, operate as ONE-TEAM, and have an EDGY SPIRT - Topgolf could be the place for you!
