What You’ll Do

Toptracer Range is a technology that makes the driving range experience more fun and engaging by allowing range visitors to play golf range games, track their range statistics and compete in a social community. Toptracer Range is a new and exciting addition to the Topgolf portfolio that is being implemented around the globe. The Brand Manager is responsible for helping building and executing the marketing strategy for Toptracer Range. This person will oversee marketing related activities including brand stewardship, marketing programs, integrated sponsorship and range marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, website coordination, marketing collaterals creation and execution. He or she will work closely with our Topgolf brand marketing team to ensure Toptracer Range works towards the larger brand strategy, positioning and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

 How You’ll Do It

  • Work closely with our Topgolf Media brand marketing group to align on brand extension fit into master brand plan, develop brand guidelines for Toptracer Range and create marketing assets
  • Plan and execute Toptracer Range product marketing plan and initiatives
  • Tap into the Topgolf brand communications machine to integrate Toptracer Range into owned assets and channels
  • Develop and manage marketing collateral targeting range owners and guests to ensure that all collateral meet brand standards (timely/updated/in good shape)
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives through external media partnerships (trade publications, major media outlets, conferences, events)
  • Create sponsorship campaigns within brand guidelines and budget
  • Track results of marketing activities (KPI’s, budgets/financial returns, ROI, planning, sizing)
  • Engage internal teams and external vendors to drive projects to completion
  • Work with our Corporate Communications team on media engagement opportunities

Key Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations
  • 6-10 years’ experience in a Marketing role utilizing the following: brand marketing, social media marketing, managing ROI and KPI metrics, multi-venue marketing initiatives, developing and managing local partnerships, managing local outreach marketing programs
  • Strong creative judgement, brand-build fundamentals, and high business acumen
  • Ability to self-evaluate and consistently identify areas for knowledge or performance improvement
  • A self-starter who can quickly climb the learning curve, work autonomously, while being able to coordinate and integrate into cross-functional teams (and outside partners)
  • Friendly, positive, outgoing personality who relates well and gets along with people
  • Ability to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced, high growth business environment
  • A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
  • Requires up to 30% travel
