The Campaign Operations Specialist will work directly with the Partnerships, Marketing, and Event Sales teams and will be responsible for ensuring that we execute digital media campaigns strategically and flawlessly across our growing network of sports entertainment venues. This position is responsible for ad trafficking and reporting across a global network of multiple advertising formats including high visibility LED displays, guest-facing digital signage, web and mobile video, radio, and our proprietary television channel.


The Campaign Operations Specialist will be a key contributor in Topgolf’s Partnership Products & Operations team, and will work closely with a distributed team across the globe, as such, acute and clear communication skills are crucial for this fast paced role. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, a friendly self-starter attitude, and a desire to tackle challenges head on.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and maintain campaigns in ad server/digital signage software
  • Analyze campaign performance, pull reports, and make recommendations for optimization
  • QA assets, anticipate and identify issues with campaigns
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery and performance
  • Interact with client relations managers, sales and event reps, marketing teams, product managers, engineers and partners on a variety of digital projects
  • Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflows

Key Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, as a trafficker, content manager, analyst, or similar role
  • Familiarity with third-party tracking and reporting systems (i.e. Doubleclick, Atlas, etc.)
  • Thorough understanding of ad serving concepts, familiarity with industry terms, and working knowledge of at least one video or display server (DFP, OpenX, proprietary, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal skills, confidence working with agencies and internal teams
  • Attention to detail is crucial for success in this role; diligence, a self-starter mentality, and exceptional organization skills are must-haves
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, while managing a high volume of projects under tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Advertising or Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study
  • Flexibility to occasionally work odd hours (at home)
  • Bonus: Understanding of digital signage software
