What You'll Do


Working with the Operations Strategy Project Manager, the Operations Systems Intern will manage Ops-related software systems and analyze data to make recommendations to hit revenue targets.  This associate will work cross functionally with marketing and finance to coordinate changes and present results from systems.

Key Responsibilities

How You'll Do It

  • Perform daily monitoring of Ops related systems, including, but not limited to, the reservation system, the small events booking system, and the guest sentiment system

  • Help team meet revenue targets through effectively managing system related requests and projects

  • Interpret data and create usable reports in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for making strategic business decisions

  • Identify and present recommendations to leadership based on trends and demand for the system products

  • Provide support to venue management by answering questions and solving problems promptly

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in data sets for use by operations and marketing

  • Escalate issues that affect user capabilities in a timely manner

  • Create, change, and delete user account per request for home office and venue associates

  • Perform system upgrades, archival services, and on-going performance tuning

  • Proactively work across departments to identify additional uses of software systems in order to drive revenue

  • Validate and test data in systems

  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree with an accredited program in business administration, engineering, accounting, finance, or a technology related field

  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization

  • Ability to work under time constraints and production goals

  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency and ease

  • Proficient knowledge of Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office programs; specifically, Excel, Outlook, Project and Word

  • Demonstrated capacity for gathering and scrutinizing data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, and sustainable business solutions

  • Demonstrated attention to detail including the ability to reduce a complex concept or task into something that is manageable and clearly interpreted

  • Consistently demonstrates a commitment to Topgolf policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities
