Overview

We are experiencing amazing growth. As a result, it is time for Topgolf to add an experienced Senior Recruiter (7+ years experience) to join our awesome team! Our team is extremely fast paced and manage a high volume of openings with a keen focus on customer service and communication with our hiring managers.  Our strongest candidates will bring a solid foundation in the areas of candidate sourcing, screening and qualifying, and salary/offer negotiation to assist in recruiting our exempt and non-exempt roles for Coroprate roles and Field locations which include disciplines such as: Food and Beverage Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Sales, Marketing, etc… Please note...this is a fast paced, high volume recruiting role!  You will need to be self-motivated and have a strong sense of urgency and internal drive to be successful. You can expect to work directly with hiring managers and gain a wealth of experience in this position on our recruiting team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, post and maintain job descriptions and advertisements for open positions.
  • Source, prescreen and coordinate interviews for exempt and non-exempt positions assigned.
  • Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidance of compensation policy.
  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define position needs, requirements, preferences, and evaluation criteria. Meet with hiring managers on regular cadence to discuss progress of openings and set expectations on deliverables.
  • Use a wide variety of strategic resources to rapidly identify highly qualified, passive candidates in a cost-effective manner, screen and interview candidates and provide selection consultation to hiring managers.
  • Utilize internal applicant tracking system to review candidate applications and maintain candidate progress.
  • Track and improve your “batting average”, which includes time to fill, while never forgetting that these statistics are secondary to getting the right person for the job.
  • Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost effective sourcing strategies.

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of high volume, full life cycle recruiting experience in an Agency or Corporate environment. Exempt field recruiting experience, a strong plus!
  • Ability to travel as needed (approximately 15% of the time, overnight, out of state)
  • Superior communication skills with experience influencing others with well thought out recommendations, as well as strong presentation skills to a wide range of audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop effective sourcing strategies, including cold calling, Internet searches, networking and database mining.
  • Experience working in an ATS and with MS Office products.
