HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT INTERN/TRAINEE PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
We are searching for the next generation of TOPGOLF OPERATIONS LEADERS!
Why? FAST GROWTH! We are and have been opening about 10 new venues per year and will be for the next several years...that is 500 Hourly Associates & 30 Salaried Managers PER NEW VENUE!
What does that really mean? We aim to hire interns who will commit to staying with Topgolf once the internship is over as we work to develop you into a salaried operations manager role!
HM MIT Interns are the best-of-the-best hospitality students around the nation – they train like Associates but think like Managers! They are experts at the technical side of the job – knowledge of hospitality principles and the ability to apply them. But beyond that, our HM MIT Interns are natural leaders who are highly dedicated to their professional growth and want to continue their career with Topgolf as an operations leader immediately following the successful completion of the program.
The program identifies and engages future Topgolf leaders during their college career. HM MIT Interns obtain hands-on experience in one of the nation's fastest growing sports entertainment organizations. Most importantly, they have the unique opportunity to experience Topgolf's famous culture!
The vision of the program is to provide hospitality students with an opportunity to grow professionally in the hospitality industry and to identify the next generation of Topgolf leadership.
