Topgolf is experiencing amazing growth. As a result, we are adding a Director of Talent Acquisition to our Talent Acquisition team. In this hybrid role, we are seeking a candidate that has the ability to handle an individual requirement load, manage the recruiting function, identify strategies, build talent pipelines, develop key internal and external relationships and report on key recruitment metrics and extended business impacts. As our team is responsible for Home Office and Site (Venue) Leadership roles, our Director of TA will be responsible for ensuring consistent and timely coverage on all openings. In the role, you can expect to work directly with key leaders in the organization, hiring managers and have a significant impact in our growth!
Success will include filling Corporate and Site level exempt positions, managing the recruiting function, identifying recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, developing relationships and reporting on key recruitment and business metrics. You will be responsible for working to deliver all facets of recruiting success including, but not limited to, developing local and regional recruiting strategies, networking, sourcing and identifying creative recruiting ideas. You will be an integral part of our HR Leadership team, collaborating with the team on our Hourly Intern and Hiring Events and Emerging Talent Programs as we build our complete Talent Acquisition Strategy.
