Overview

The Campaign Operations Specialist will work directly with the Partnerships, Marketing, and Technology Innovation departments within Topgolf to ensure that we execute digital media campaigns strategically and flawlessly across our growing network of sports entertainment venues.  This position is responsible for ad trafficking and reporting across a global network of media formats including high visibility LED displays, guest-facing digital signage, our proprietary television channel, radio, and gaming apps. The Campaign Operations Specialist will also be responsible for various technical advertising related initiatives including software update testing and new product/feature feedback.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, maintain, and analyze digital media campaigns in the Topgolf ad server
  • Coordinate with account management and marketing teams to obtain digital assets, update campaigns as requested, address concerns and make creative suggestions to improve the guest experience & deliver against KPIs
  • Work closely with programmatic and direct sales team to respond to RFPs, create programmatic deals and ensure creative quality is held to high standard
  • Develop a deep understanding of third-party data platforms and incorportate insights into media buys
  • Document department standard operating procedures; identify inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow
  • Become an expert in our network of systems and work with our engineering and product teams to test hardware/software updates and new products related to advertising initiatives by troubleshooting and debuging issues

 

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Advertising or Marketing, Communications, Sport Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field of study
  • 2+ years professional experience in digital advertising ecosystem (ad serving, trafficking, programmatic, SSPs, DSPs) required
  • 1+ years managing a high volume workload and projects with tight deadlines across a distributed team/company required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills for working with multiple departments
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Understanding of ad serving concepts
  • Intermediate level of Excel (filter, formulas, pivot tables)
  • Proactive at problem solving, anticipate needs and provide solutions when issues arise
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a high-growth environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

Travel Requirements 5% travel may be quarterly for face to face with team in SF
