  • Overview

    Topgolf is looking for a qualified analyst, with CRM specialization, to join our Business Analytics division. Responsible for all aspects of Global Partnerships CRM and reporting. This position will focus on maximizing internal usage of the CRM system via user training and support; working with department executives to develop robust dashboards and sales reports in order to analyze data and provide recommendations for sales strategies. Serve as a knowledge leader, using structured problem solving to craft and execute thoughtful insights and agendas.

    Key Responsibilities

    How You’ll Do It

    • Refine existing and construct custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor sales targets, revenue, accounts and CRM usage
    • Ensure the reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, and quarterly forecasting processes run smoothly throughout the fiscal year and prepare for annual audit
    • Develop, analyze, and monitor new, routine, and ad hoc reports. Provides analytical support when compiling and reporting information
    • Benchmarking analysis against industry standards


    • Provides ongoing training for sales and service teams to ensure efficient CRM usage, and troubleshoots problems. Generates and maintains reports to monitor and correct improper usage. Enforces existing business rules to ensure data quality and develops new sales
    • Create and maintain system-related documentation, such as business requirements, process flows, configuration worksheets, project binders, training tools, policy and procedures, and user manuals for CRM system

    System Maintenance

    • Maintain day-to-day needs of CRM database and ensure operational efficacy
    • Manage and evaluate all CRM processes including building new entities, creating new workflows and managing all system users
    • Oversee all data inputs into CRM including: sponsorship inventory and rate cards, annual events and sales leads
    • Work with team to maintain, track and enhance activities, and provide end-users with ongoing technical support as necessary

    Other Key Responsibilities  

    • Assist with commissions including support documentation and standardized procedures
    • Draft sponsorship contracts and understand standard legal language for all inventory
    • Research and identify new and creative opportunities to leverage system to support additional business processes or functions
    • Subject matter expert for all internal users

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree from accredited 4-year college or equivalent relevant experience required
    • At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in CRM, systems integration/maintenance/development, with extensive working knowledge of general business and partnership practices required
    • At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence
    • Experience in a multi-unit entertainment, sports, and/or hospitality environment preferred 
    • Proficient in a variety of business applications and report generating tools including relational database concepts, MS Office Suites (expert level), CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, KORE Software) and Tableau
    • Proficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control multiple projects and responsibilities to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities
    • Demonstrated capacity for gathering/scrutinizing data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, and sustainable business solutions
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to communicate both upwardly and cross functionally
    • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Topgolf’s Corporate Sponsorships business model, as well as the company’s overall operational strategy and vision
